Directions to EKU Richmond Campus

From Danville , KY

Take route 52 East. Turn left on route 1295 then turn left on route 52. You will see the main EKU campus on your right side when route 52 meets the Eastern bypass in Richmond .

From Lexington , KY

Take I-75 South and travel approximately 22 miles to Richmond and depart interstate at exit #87 (2nd Richmond exit). Make a left and cross over the interstate heading East on the Eastern bypass for one mile and you will see the main EKU campus on the left.

From London, KY

Take I-75 North and depart the interstate at exit #87. Turn right at the end of the off ramp and head East on the Eastern bypass for one mile and you will see the main EKU campus on the left.

From Florence, KY

Take I-75 South to Lexington , I-75 / I-64 (approximately 8 miles) to I-75 / I-64 split. Continue South on I-75 Richmond / Knoxville . Travel approximately 22 miles to Richmond and depart interstate at exit #87 (2nd Richmond exit). Make a left and cross over the interstate heading East on the Eastern bypass for one mile and you will see the main EKU campus on the left.

From Ashland, KY

Take I-64 West to exit #96 (Fort Boonesborough S. P.) and remain on State Highway 627 until intersecting I-75 at exit #95 (will save 20 minutes road time). Travel approximately 7 miles to Richmond and depart interstate at exit #87 (2nd Richmond exit). Make a left and cross over the interstate heading East on the Eastern bypass for one mile and you will see the main EKU campus on the left.

Parking

Since school will still be in session at Eastern Kentucky University , the only parking lot available on campus is the Alumni Coliseum Commuter lot. Do not park in the Alumni Coliseum Employee lot. In front of Alumni coliseum, the Alumni Coliseum Commuter lot is colored brown, and the Alumni Coliseum Employee lot is colored yellow. Click here for the parking map on campus.

Directions to the Alumni Coliseum Parking Lot

After getting on the Eastern bypass from exit #87, stay on the Eastern bypass until you arrive traffic light #6. At traffic light #6, turn left into the Alumni Coliseum parking lot and find your parking spot in the Alumni Coliseum Commuter lot.

to Combs Classroom Building

Walk from the Alumni Coliseum parking lot and stay on the left of Alumni Coliseum. Walk straight through the Student Services Building parking lot and stay on the left of the Student Services Building . Walk across the Park Drive road. Walk straight through the Combs Employee parking lot between Martin Hall and Weaver Building . Combs Classroom Building is right in front of you once you enter the Combs Employee parking lot. Grise Auditorium is in the first floor of Combs Classroom Building .
